Imagine yourself next to the fireplace in the lounge of The Dylan after a cold winter day. This is the perfect moment to indulge in The Dylan’s very own food & wine pairing experience, featuring a selection of four different wines with matching amuse-style bites.

Yes we are talking about The Dylan’s High Wine experience! Our chef and sommelier created the perfect ‘marriage’ between excellent wines and delicious food, flavour combinations that tickle all your senses.

To ensure that our guests receive the ultimate High Wine experience, all our employees joined an extensive workshop, where our chef and sommelier shared and explained their expert knowledge. Not only about the the amuse-style bites and matching wines, but also about the origin of the ingredients and how to create the perfect match.

Did you know for example that the Scheurebe ‘Kalkstein’ Trocken from Germany is made by the family Manz who started the business in 1725? The eighth generation of winemakers in the family is currently making this delicious wine, which is the perfect match with the Smoked Iceland halibut with deep fried olives, capers and marinated anchovy

After this interesting afternoon full of tasting, experiencing and understanding The Dylan’s High Wine, we are ready to present these delights to you!
