A local treat at The Dylan’s Bar Barbou: ‘Olijcke Jopen Worst’ made with beer locally brewed at the Jopenkerk Brewery in Haarlem.
The first sausage created by Dutch sausage maker Olijcke is based on the extra dark and strong beer, Mooie Nel IPA. The taste of the beer compliments the flavours of the sausage; the sausage is somewhat sweet due to some hints of cane sugar. All Olijcke sausages are made according to traditional recipes and from sustainable ingredients. Needless to say, this ‘Olijcke Jopen Worst’ paires perfectly with a beer.
