With the weekend coming up and the terrace season finally approaching, we love to experiment on the cocktail front.
The Hennessy Cocktail was launched and featured during the Moet Hennessy Hospitality Award that took place in our Ariana Room. Here is the recipe to give the cocktail a try at home.
Fill up a tumbler with ice and add the following ingredients:
- 1 part Hennessy fine
- ½ part Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
- Just a few drops of Angustora bitters
- A slice of lemon
- Finish with Fevertree Lemonade
- Give it a good stir with crushed liquorice
